Terms of Service
1. General Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to the TEVARÉ NEW YORK website, consultation booking systems, and bespoke fine jewelry commission services. By reserving a consultation or commissioning a piece, you agree to these terms.
2. Bespoke Commission Process & Approvals
Each TEVARÉ piece is custom crafted to order according to individual client specifications:
- Consultation & Vision: Initial design consultations—held privately in New York by appointment or virtually nationwide—are complimentary and without obligation.
- CAD Design: Upon agreeing to move forward with a custom piece, a commitment deposit initiates precision 3D CAD modeling and dedicated stone sourcing.
- Final Production Approval: Casting and setting only commence once the client has formally approved the 3D CAD render and millimeter stone calibrations.
3. Crafting Timelines
Our standard crafting timeline is 2 to 3 weeks following stone selection and 3D CAD approval. For clients with upcoming proposal dates or special occasions, expedited crafting within 7 to 10 days is available upon request and confirmed prior to production.
4. Certified Diamonds & Materials
All natural and lab-grown diamonds curated by TEVARÉ NEW YORK are authenticated by recognized independent gemological laboratories (including GIA and IGI) with laser-inscribed girdle identification matching official dossiers. Precious metals (Platinum 950, 18K and 14K Gold) meet or exceed international assay standards.
5. Delivery & Collection
Finished pieces are available for private collection in New York or via fully insured, signature-required expedited courier delivery nationwide.
